GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

APPLICABILITY:

These tour conditions apply to TOUROPE UK LTD. that’s TOUROPE UK LTD hereafter called “TOUROPE UK LTD” Addressed 37 Craig Road TW10 7LS Ham Richmond London – UK, and the Tour participant hereafter called “member”;

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION:

Each member must have a valid passport. All persons are responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and the documentation necessary to enter those countries to which they are travelling.

LUGGAGE:

Each member is allowed one piece of luggage not to exceed 62 inches. Carry-on bags are exempted providing they fit under your seat. Cruise passengers are allowed (2) pieces of luggage, the combined dimensions not to exceed 106 inches.

INSURANCE.

Prices do not include insurance for passengers due to loss on the trip herein. Passengers are advised to obtain their own insurance for health while travelling and for baggage loss. Insurance is also recommended to provide coverage to passengers if refunds pursuant to the final payment and cancellation clause below are unavailable due to the terms of that clause.

THE PRICING;

WHAT IT INCLUDES: The Great Britain Pound (GBP) amount shown in the itinerary includes transfers of persons and luggage on arrival and departure between the airport and homestay/hotel/hostel/dormitory/apart/flat or other accommodations (where indicated in the trip itinerary) and homestay/hotel/hostel/dormitory/apart/flat accommodations on a double occupancy basis, except as otherwise specified.

TIP & TAXES: Baggage handling, gratuities and homestay/hotel/hostel/dormitory/apart/flat taxes are often included. Minimal gratuities are included in all trips. Additional taxes, security charges and other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features. These amounts will appear on your bill and must be included with the final payment.

NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RATE: The following is a list of some major items not included in the tour rate excess baggage charges, room service charges, items not on portions of menus reserved for TOUROPE UK LTD. passengers, laundry, beverages, alcoholic and otherwise, items of a personal nature, airport to ship pier transfers if air transportation is not purchased as apart of a cruise package and foreign airport departure taxes. Port taxes on cruises are not included.

FINAL PAYMENT & CANCELLATION:

TOUROPE UK LTD. reserves the right to decline, accept or remove, at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, any tour member as a participant in the trip (or any optional side trip).

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Payment of the final balance is due sixty (60) days in advance of departure, regardless of when reservations are made. Credit cards are accepted (Visa/MasterCard/AmEx/PayPal only) but Tourope UK Ltd. reserves the right to order the total amount by wire transfer when needed.

CANCELLATION:

Reservations may only be cancelled by written notice sent by certified mail (return receipt requested) to TOUROPE UK LTD. If such notice is received no later than sixty (60) days before departure, TOUROPE UK LTD. will accept cancellation and refund all monies, except for a GBP 25.00 per person non-refundable administrative fee plus applicable homestay/hotel/hostel/dormitory/apart/flat, cruise and air cancellation fees. If such written notice is received within sixty (60) days before departure, TOUROPE UK LTD. will accept such cancellation and refund the land portion costs it recovers from those entities paid on behalf of member-only to the extent that such amounts of money are refunded by those entities to TOUROPE UK LTD. A cancellation fee of GBP 50 (59-30 days prior to departure) or GBP 100 (29 days or less prior to departure per person) will not be refunded. If any person is removed by TOUROPE UK LTD. from the trip (or any optional side trip), TOUROPE UK LTD.’s only obligation shall be to refund to such a person a fraction of the trip price, the numerator of which fraction shall be TOUROPE UK LTD. cost for the person’s unused services and the denominator of which shall be TOUROPE UK LTD. cost for the persons entire trip.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY:

The responsibility of TOUROPE UK LTD. and for its agents is limited. TOUROPE UK LTD. and its agents act only as agents for the passenger in regards to travel whether by air, railroad, motor coach or any other conveyance and assumes no defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying members or in carrying out the arrangements of this tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incident in the sea, or air, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any other causes TOUROPE UK LTD. can accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses to members due to delay or changes in schedule as a joint venture or otherwise. TOUROPE UK LTD. shall not be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with homestay/hotel/hostel/dormitory/apart/flat accommodations, food, baggage handling, or any other matter related thereto. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers. Each passenger waives any claim against TOUROPE UK LTD. for any delay, inconvenience or damage, loss of property or baggage or injury to or deaths of persons due to the acts or omissions of said third parties Any airline and transportation company concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their aircraft or conveyances TOUROPE UK LTD. further reserves the right at any time to change any part of the itinerary, or the carrier, or the aircraft utilized, or homestay/hotel/hostel/dormitory/apart/flat accommodations utilized, or any other. The prices advertised related itinerary are subject to change due to price increases resulting from decreases in the purchasing power of the GBP (The British Pound Sterling), gasoline price increases and similar causes. In such a case, each passenger can be required to pay an additional amount for the trip reflecting such increase.

Travel arrangements to the destination airport or other departure points is solely the responsibility of the member. Each person is also responsible for any homestay/hotel/hostel/dormitory/apart/flat expenses, theatre tickets, souvenirs, gifts, clothing, glasswork, art or any other personal property or services purchased by such person. Each person making reservations for or participating in the trip described in this document understands and agrees to all terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND FEATURES:

Are those tour services and features which must be purchased as part of the complete tour package such as EU, US, CA, UK or other nation departure tax, any included ground transportation and transfers, overseas baggage and handling, tour directors, some gratuities, meals where applicable, some overseas taxes and other services. All components of this tour are included in good faith. TOUROPE UK LTD. reserves the right to cancel the entire trip (or any optional side trips offered in connection with the trip) for any reason at any time before departure of the trip, in which event the liability, if any, for TOUROPE UK LTD. shall be limited to and liquidated by refunding to each prospective participant the amounts of money, if any, therefore received by TOUROPE UK LTD. for such person’s trip which amounts of money have not been or should not be otherwise refunded to said person. Tourope UK Ltd. reserves the right to change any part of the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control.

FRONTIER OPERATIONS:

TOUROPE UK LTD. reserves the right to change the means of transportation for the sake of the operation. In case of any failure of the service due to the natural effects, bad weather conditions, disasters, war situations, possible strikes, sudden governmental announcements, TOUROPE UK LTD. will immediately attempt to recover the situation. During this period, customers are obligated to pay for the possible additional expenses such as overnights, transportations, catering and other tale expenses during the operation time.

TOUR PRICE GUARANTEE:

Once a quotation is given, the tour price is guaranteed against any-increases due to cost or currency fluctuations.

PERSONAL CARE AND INTEREST:

TOUROPE UK LTD. guarantees its members to interfere for solving the problems, sum and tribulation during the travel period in the border of the United Kingdom.
