This tour is a combination of the best trio of English heritage today. Your tour commences with magnificent Windsor Castle, on a rock a hundred feet above the Thames and can be seen from kilometres away, is the Queen's favourite house. The State Apartments and St George's Chapel is the Order of the Garter's spiritual home, the oldest English chivalry and the Knights Banner is hung below its uplifting Gothic vaults. Henry VIII, who was buried with his favourite wife and Charles I, the only monarch to be trialled and executed by the order of his people, are buried here. Our next stop is Oxford with its world-renowned universities as well as other important landmarks. Our final stop is Stonehenge, which stands alone in the vast, empty section of the Salisbury Valley as the world's most famous prehistoric and now a World Heritage Site. Its origins date back almost 5,000 years and since then it has been home to pagan religions and spiritual worship. What's more? Just join us!
